the balrogby ~indecision-designs

Digital Art / Photomanipulation / Fantasy

Finally done with this one. The idea came to me after I decided I was going to watch the entire LOTR trilogy all over again which, incidentally, I finished today. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, especially since I had to study the balrog's skin closely to figure out exactly how I should approach making it. It's sort of my own interpretation I guess you could say. The tail is not actually a tail by the way; it's the balrog's whip.
